The Website Process Simplified.
1. Initial Brief
You’ll complete a short questionnaire designed to tease out exactly what you want and need from your website. If needed, we’ll jump on a call in which we’ll go through the options to ensure that everyone is on the same page and we’re all working towards a collective goal. Once you’re happy, you’ll pay a 20% deposit to begin the work.
2. Set Up Your Site
I’ll get your site ready for design. This may mean setting you up with a URL and hosting service, or simply ensuring that we can log into your WordPress dashboard so that the work can begin. Before anything is edited or designed, you’ll have a solid, sturdy foundation that future proofs your website for the long term.
3. Finalise Design
I’ll get to work within the agreed timeframe to design your website. You may receive samples and updates to begin with, ensuring that the main frame and direction is correct before getting into the nitty gritty. Once the first pass of the site is completed, you’ll have a chance to suggest any additions, tweaks, or amends before everything is finalised. I will then work to ensure that the final design can be viewed successful on mobiles, tablets, and all screen sizes.
4. Aftercare
Once your design is complete—don’t fear—you’re not alone. We’ll discuss maintenance options to ensure that you have someone on your side, should anything go awry. My maintenance service ensures that your website is always hooked up to the latest plug-ins, and you always have someone on deck should any technical bugs invade the pipes and wires to crash your site.

Your website will be installed with the “Elementor” theme builder, making updates, tweaks, and edits a breeze.
You’ll also receive a shared folder with all images, mockups, and artwork files that have been used during the design so that you can use these in your future books promotions.

Absolutely. With over 50% of all web traffic now estimated to take place on mobile phone, it is key for your website to be optimised across computers, laptops, tablets, and mobile phones.
WHAT IF I WANT ADDITIONAL CHANGES AFTER THE WORK IS COMPLETE?
Then, let’s talk! Small changes and tweaks are included in my maintenance package, however larger edits (additional pages and new functionalities) can be arranged on a as-you-need basis for a small fee.
DO YOUR PRICES INCLUDE VAT?
Yes. I don’t understand why some places don’t include it in the price.
HOW DO I SORT A DOMAIN NAME (URL)?
If you have not yet claimed your domain name (www.[yourwebsite].com, for example), I am happy to guide you through setting this up and understanding how best to get started linking your domain to your new WordPress website.
I ALREADY HAVE A DOMAIN NAME, IS THAT OKAY?
Not an issue at all! Depending on where you have your domain currently linked to, there may be some guidance to get you started on WordPress, but it’s all pretty straightforward. A few clicks, and a few taps, and you’ll be setup and good to go.
